We want you to be fully satisfied with your Open Goaaal training equipment. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all components included; items must be in new, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may apply.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
